To make the Bingham Library more useful to Comparative Literature graduate students and faculty, and to help determine what books are held upon the library’s many shelves, an inventory of the library’s holdings is underway. The space has been cleaned, and surplus furniture removed. Plans are in place for acquiring a printer, folding chairs, and other supplies and equipment to maximize the use of the library as a study and meeting place. During the cleaning, Katie Trumpener discovered treasures in the form of old bookplates, unique titles, and antique books and has shared a collection of photos. Click HERE to see the photos.
