Professor Frank Wilderson (UC Irvine) will be hosting a lunch seminar in Bingham Library. The seminar will focus on an interview Prof. Wilderson gave to Prof. Shannon Walsh in 2011 and two articles, the first one published in 2014 in Postcoloniality-Decoloniality-Black Critique titled “The Black Liberation Army and the Paradox of Political Engagement,” the second one in 2016 in Time, Temporality and Violence in International Relations titled “Doing time in the (psychic) commons: Black insurgency and the unconscious”
