This four-part documentary series focuses on the accusation of sexual abuse against Woody Allen and the scandal that followed. Produced over a three-year period by award-winning filmmakers, the documentary brings to light extensive research into court documents and police reports, with some witnesses granting their first public interviews. This urgent docuseries presents a humanizing portrait of victims of abuse and explores how celebrity worship can insulate stars from consequences.

The event will begin with a screening of Parts 1 & 2, followed by brief intermission with refreshments and conversation with director Amy Ziering, followed by a screening of Parts 3 & 4 at 4:45pm.

Sponsored by Yale Comparative Literature, Whitney Humanities Center, Investigative Reporting Lab at Yale, and the Poynter Fellowship in Journalism.
