A lunch time conversation for graduate students and faculty in the humanities about the continuing influence of gender‐based attitudes and concerns in academia.

Gender Lives considers sex, gender, and sexual orientation as forces within the classroom; in interactions between advisors and students, mentors and colleagues, and in a host of other contexts.

This event features a faculty panel that will discuss panelists’ experiences of gender in the academy, followed by open discussion of current concerns. Come with your questions and be ready for a frank, open dialogue!
